Currently our company is seeking a Sales Operations Program Manager to partner with the EVP of Sales & Event Planning to assist in planning, analysis, operational executions, and business reporting. The ideal candidate earns trust through performance and relationship building, has strong financial acumen with a deep analytical background and is comfortable with rapid change inherent in an environment of high growth. The position is responsible for managing rhythm-of-the business activities, forecasting and performance assessment, regular reporting, periodic planning cycles, ad-hoc analysis and data management. The successful candidate will be a key contributor towards multiple projects and strategic initiatives, as well as drive towards continuous process and organizational improvements.
The ideal candidate is someone that has a proven work ethic and consistently delivers results. This is a hands-on position and the candidate must be willing to "roll up their sleeves" and be " in the weeds" as required. In this position you will work with several stakeholders supporting the Sales & Event Planning organization so you must have the ability to communicate effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Directly support the EVP of Sales & Event Planning in all facets of planning and operational performance
Act as a Sales & Event Planning liaison with other Business Groups on new initiatives, including but not limited to Finance, HR, Business Development and other Sales/Operations teams
Support the evolution, integration, and implementation of processes to meet the rapid growth of the business and its revenue attainment/organizational objectives
Support segmentation, compensation, quota planning, headcount, expansion planning, and other periodic planning requirements for the Sales & Event Planning organization
Manage regular forecasting, revenue attainment and metrics reporting as well as continuously evolve forecast models and methodologies, own the quantitative analysis of the performance of our sales team, customers, prospect, partners, markets and products/services for the Sales Organization
Identify planning issues, gaps in processes and systems and drive timely resolution
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years experience in Sales Operations, Business Analysis, Program Management, Management Consulting or other related financial/commercial role
Experience interacting with leaders across multiple organizational functions
Demonstrate ability to define, refine and implement operational planning process, procedures and policies
Strong financial, analytical and communication skills
Deep experience of Microsoft Office Suite required (extensive knowledge of Excel a plus)
Excellent cross group collaboration skills
Bachelor's degree required
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working within a fast-paced company would be highly beneficial
Exhibits sound business judgment, a proven ability to influence others, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of taking ownership, leading data-driven analyses and influencing results
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior management
Able to operate successfully in a lean, fast-pace organization
Highly organized, have multi-tasking skills, and efficient/comfortable in ambiguous situations
