Job Posting	Covance is a world leader in providing development services to manufacturers of medical products. Covance Market Access Services is seeking a Senior Associate/Scientist for its Consulting Services group. The Senior Associate is involved in health economic and outcomes research work including managing projects, directing systematic literature reviews; directing qualitative interviews with patients, physicians, and key opinion leaders; and directing qualitative and quantitative analyses. The Senior Associate generally manages client engagements, directing the collection and analysis of primary and secondary data and formulating strategic advice for clients. This individual is responsible for managing teams of consultants, and collaborates with managers in other divisions on consulting projects.
Education/Qualifications	The Senior Associate typically holds a masters or doctoral level graduate degree in health services research, health economics, outcomes research, health technology assessment, public health management, clinical science, medicine or other relevant discipline from an outstanding program at a distinguished university.
Experience	The Senior Associate has several years of successful research and/or consulting experience at Covance or in a similar environment and meets the performance criteria outlined by the Firm. Minimum formal training and experience in health economics, or outcomes research required. The Senior Associate must posses strong communication, organization, analytical and project management skills; demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage workload and meet project deadlines and an ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
