The Foulger-Pratt Companies, Inc., a leading provider of commercial and residential management services, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced, self-motivated professional to contribute to achieving budgeted, projected occupancy as the Senior Leasing Consultant at The Bennington property.

Primary Responsibilities:

Greet and tour prospected residents;

Maintain monthly leasing requisite;

Complete necessary paperwork in an accurate, timely manner;

Prepare leasing packages and applications as per guidelines;

Plan and execute community activities (i.e. resident orientations, newsletter, appreciation days and social events);

Update advertising sources as needed;

Implement marketing strategies to increase occupancy, retention and resident satisfaction;

Comply with applicable state, federal and company policies;

Complete all leasing and LIHTC training requirements.

Requirements:

Associates Degree or 2-4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education, experience and training.

Tax credit experience a must;

Ability to communicate effectively and strong attention to detail;

Yardi experience required;

Superb customer service skills;

Professional, self starter.
