| Job Details: | - 3-5 years experience is required General Summary: Serves as the primary administrative support for the Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management. Under minimal supervision and according to general directions, performs duties of a highly confidential nature that requires a comprehensive knowledge of organizational policies, practices and procedures. Composes and prepares complex correspondence, gathers and interprets information to develop complex reports, maintains departmental files, monitors departmental budgets and provides exemplary customer service to internal and external customers. Supports the Mission of Trinity Health and Holy Cross Hospital.
Minimum Requirements: High school graduateFour-five years of related experience, preferably in an executive support role. Ability to write and read well enough to proof and edit non-routine reports and the like for sentence structure and readability as well as draft correspondence, reports at a level normally acquired through completion of college coursework or attendance in a business school. Can apply and communicate policies and procedures, develop correspondence on behalf on an executive member and communicate with all facets of people. Excellent interpersonal skills are necessary in order to be socially perceptive in accepting and communicating confidential information, communicating policies and dealing with a variety of HCH personnel and influential outsiders, including board members. A moderate level of analytical ability is necessary in order to gather and interpret data from diverse sources and resolve moderately complex administrative problems. Proven proficiency in word processing (80 wpm), including proficiency in Microsoft Office software and use of personal computers including software Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, e-mail and appointment scheduling systems, etc. Maintain high level of confidentiality. Ability to handle complaints diplomatically is essential. Ability to develop and maintain efficient records management system. Proficiency in operation of standard office equipment.
