• Responsible for providing analysis and presentation of Reserve Manpower Budget data in support of the Commander, Navy Installation Command, N1 Total Force Manpower division.
• May also perform other budget / business analysis functions and program support as requested by the client.

REQUIRED:

1. One or more years experience with analyzing defense budget data, producing briefing materials, point papers, issue papers and other program and budget documentation in coordination with other analysts.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. A bachelor's degree and 2-4 years experience.

United States Citizenship is required. Current/Interim SECRET clearance is required.

DESIRED:

Experience with discretionary RPN funds, such as IDTT, ADT, ATP, RMP, etc.

Experience coordinating with Navy Personnel Command.

Familiarity with ADSW manpower support.

Background as a Navy Reservist in SELRES or FTS capacity preferred.
