Trinity Washington University is currently accepting applications for the position of Data Specialist to serve in the Development Department. The Data Specialist is responsible for the maintenance and integrity of the data base system with regard to alumni records and gift entry.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, data entry, gift entry, data cleanup, performing system downloads and producing routine and complex, customized data reports. Knowledge of PowerCampus database a plus.

The successful candidate will have at least two years of progressively responsible experience in database work with strong preference for higher education and/or development/fundraising experience. The candidate must be proficient in SQL and all Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, and be comfortable with learning new technologies as may be needed. High energy, fastidious attention to detail and enthusiasm are essential for this position. A bachelor’s degree is required.
