- Current Maryland Licensure

The Lead Clinical Consultant is responsible for coordinating the delivery of home care planning and services. Providing patients with continuity of care through an integrated approach to home care.

Requirements: Current RN license in Maryland
Two years acute care experience
One year management experience preferred
Computer literate

This is a MedStar Health, VNA position located in the Union Memorial Hospital.
