Oracle Financial Business Analyst / Functional Analyst will independently Lead Oracle Financial Modules (Fed Admin (FV), General Ledger (GL) and Projects (PA) modules). Resource must be able to work onsite (M-F) and work within a matrixed environment.  Resource must be able to lead and and communicate effectively and efficiently. Analyze requirements with Centre for Medicaid and Medicare Services, configure Oracle Fed Admin, Projects and GL modules, and design Oracle extensions and reports. Independently conduct Conference Room Pilot and be responsible for FIT gap analysis.  Prepare design alternatives and design specification documents. Drive all meetings with the customer and manage the analysis through design phases related to Oracle Sub-ledgers. The analyst will manage several Functional resources under their module. Track and report activities/status in Project Plan using Microsoft Project.

This work effort also includes the following tasks:

• Provide Management Reporting for progress and status for all Business related
  Work Products / Deliverables
• Develop or leverage the existing management processes and procedures and Work with all stakeholders to facilitate project  integration

Requirements:

• Candidate must be a United States resident (must reside in US for 3 consecutive years).  Proof of either residency or citizenship will be required upon onboarding.
• Oracle Federal Financials Functional  - Fed Admin, Projects & GL – Business Analyst
• Functional Solution Design of FV, GL and PA Gaps
• Knowledge in Oracle Rel12 module configurations including FV, PA & GL
• Federal Implementation of Oracle Financials Experience – Must have Implemented in three Departments with multiple agencies.
• Year End and Quarter End Procedures and Processes
• Financial Statements
