Job Description
- Perform needs and/or gap analysis to determine training needs
- Collaborate on training plans and blended learning implementation strategies.
- Design customized case studies and provide ISD consultation on course materials.
- Provide quality assurance and peer reviews on design plans and instructional materials.
- Design and create marketing materials to support training initiatives, such as course announcements and promotional flyers.
- Assist in directing graphic artists in the design of visual concepts.
- Create professional-level presentation materials.
- Evaluate training program effectiveness.
- Attend classes, assist in setting up classes, audit classes and write observation reports on classes.
- Regularly participate in meetings requiring close interactions with various project stakeholders, including clients, SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) and end-users.
- Maintain regular written and verbal communications with the client on the status of various training initiatives.
- Self-direct the work-load and track all work and schedules to ensure that all work is completed within scheduling and budgeting parameters.
- Produce quality results in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Required Skills: Knowledge:
- Knowledge of Project Management principles.
- Learing Center support is a plus
- Understanding of blended learning technologies is a plus.
Required Skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills. Express technical information clearly and simply to non-technical persons.
- Work independently and collabaoratively based on the project needs
- Strong organizational skills.
- Interact effectively with all levels of organization personnel, clients and vendors. Experience in working with matrix organizations.
- Proficient in using MS Office products (i.e., MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
- Produce quality results in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Apply team and interpersonal skills to changing work circumstances.
Required Experience
- Consulting and interacting with clients to assess client needs and maintain client relationships.
- Applying instructional design/curriculum development experience.
- Implementing change management solutions of systems and organizational lifecycles is a plus.
- Designing and implementing blended learning solutions is a plus.
- Creating marketing materials is a plus.
- Federal Government experience is a plus.
US Citizenship required. Applicant selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet and maintain eligibility.
