Job Description



  • Perform needs and/or gap analysis to determine training needs
  • Collaborate on training plans and blended learning implementation strategies.
  • Design customized case studies and provide ISD consultation on course materials.
  • Provide quality assurance and peer reviews on design plans and instructional materials.
  • Design and create marketing materials to support training initiatives, such as course announcements and promotional flyers.
  • Assist in directing graphic artists in the design of visual concepts.
  • Create professional-level presentation materials.
  • Evaluate training program effectiveness.
  • Attend classes, assist in setting up classes, audit classes and write observation reports on classes.
  • Regularly participate in meetings requiring close interactions with various project stakeholders, including clients, SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) and end-users.
  • Maintain regular written and verbal communications with the client on the status of various training initiatives.
  • Self-direct the work-load and track all work and schedules to ensure that all work is completed within scheduling and budgeting parameters.
  • Produce quality results in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Required Skills: Knowledge:



  • Knowledge of Project Management principles.
  • Learing Center support is a plus
  • Understanding of blended learning technologies is a plus.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills. Express technical information clearly and simply to non-technical persons.
  • Work independently and collabaoratively based on the project needs
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Interact effectively with all levels of organization personnel, clients and vendors. Experience in working with matrix organizations.
  • Proficient in using MS Office products (i.e., MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
  • Produce quality results in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Apply team and interpersonal skills to changing work circumstances.

Required Experience



  • Consulting and interacting with clients to assess client needs and maintain client relationships.
  • Applying instructional design/curriculum development experience.
  • Implementing change management solutions of systems and organizational lifecycles is a plus.
  • Designing and implementing blended learning solutions is a plus.
  • Creating marketing materials is a plus.
  • Federal Government experience is a plus.

US Citizenship required. Applicant selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet and maintain eligibility.
