Job Duties and Responsibilities	Responsible for technical / administrative adherence to program guidelines set by program manager and customer. Ensures work scope, schedule, and budget are maintained. Provides coordination between resource managers / supervisors and ensures that all necessary reviews and approvals are obtained as project proceeds to next phase. May provide supervision and guidance to lower level employees. Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications	Requires a thorough knowledge and understanding of diving technical support for naval surface ships, submarines, and amphibious vehicles, and coastal structures. Minimum of five years experience in diving and ship husbandry and current appropriate dive qualifications. Capable of working in underwater environments within limitations imposed by us navy and OSHA requirement. Ability and experience to safely and effectively function as a dive team member. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a small team environment is essential. Familiar with underwater photography and digital ideography. Personal computer literacy is desirable.
Additional Qualifications	Successful candidate will have completed a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
