Successful and growing commercial electrical contractor in Northern Virginia is aggressively seeking a manager for the Service Department. Department consists of twelve service vans and 30 personnel. Required: * Commitment to customer satisfaction and responsiveness * 10 years of electrical industry experience, preferably in electrical service * Experience in leading and managing a team * Existing local relationships a plus * Business oriented This position is located in the Sterling, VA office. Estimating experience and a local hire preferred. Our expectation is this person will be selling and managing the department.
