BOMI International, a non-profit organization in Annapolis, is seeking an Instructional Designer responsible for instructional design, development & maintenance of interactive online courseware and instructor-led classroom content for students enrolled in BOMI designation programs. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: task analysis to identify appropriate training resources and procedures; ability to design for entry level through management levels; utilize authoring and graphic design tools to develop effective, engaging and interactive courseware for classroom, distance, or self paced learning environments. Collaborate with Education Dept. team members, SMEs, consultants and to ensure highest level of quality in final products. Requirements: Position requires simultaneous management of multiple projects and ability to prioritize tasks in order to meet deadlines on all deliverables. Candidate should be a high-energy, self-starter with strong organizational skills and an attention to detail. Proficient in the use of: MS Office applications and Adobe Capitivate, InDesign and Camtasia. Bachelors degree in Instructional Design or education. Masters degree preferred.
