Beans & Bread Center is a comprehensive day resource center for the homeless that provides services for emergency and critical care needs including meals, clothing, health and education services, case management and service linkage, and transitional and permanent housing. Responsibilities:
The Program Director will be responsible for the overall leadership, management, and operational functions of the Beans & Bread Center, including program management, staff supervision, oversight of finances, development of collaborative partners, physical plant, and public relations. The Program Director is also responsible for the achievement of program goals and outcomes which are consistent with the mission of Beans & Bread Center, St. Vincent de Paul and/or defined by funding sources.

Qualifications:
The position requires a Masters Degree and seven (7) years of experience in social service program delivery, program development and administration, and hands-on service to clients, as well as (5) years year’s supervisory experience. Strong organizational skills, including the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously, proficient computer skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
