| Specific Job Description | Provides construction/ project management services on multiple new and existing facility construction projects. Duties will include gathering, documenting and communicating project requirements, as well as overall project execution. Must have ability to develop and monitor project budgets and schedules. Must have ability to provide risk assessment & mitigation to resolve project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client satisfaction goals and objectives. Provide schedule management, configuration management, and ability to supply supporting documentation to include in projects. Candidate must understand facility construction methods and materials with experience in planning, designing, overseeing the reconfiguration and alteration of buildings, structures, and other facilities. Must be proficient in Microsoft Project to develop and maintain separate project schedules for multiple ongoing projects. Must subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. |
