Position Description
A client in the College Park area has an immediate need for an IT Assistant.
Hands on support of hardware and software developments as directed by a full-time CASL IT staff. Provide direct customer support to complete user requests and troubleshoot user problems. Track and update requests via web-based helpdesk system and resolved.
1-2 years of relevant experience in desktop hardware and software support.
