Position Description
The position requires a minimum of eight years of experience. Applicant will have demonstrated analytic and presentation skills, be proficient with Scheduling and/or Earned Value Management (EVM) systems software tools (i.e., MS Project) and have knowledge of Scheduling and/or EVM industry standards and practices. Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Project, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) is required. Applicants must have the ability to work autonomously or in a team environment, with excellent communications, quantitative, research, and analytical skills to work closely with our Government client.
Must be able to provide expertise developing plans, guidance, and procedures in implementing Scheduling and/or EVM at the staff or agency level. Applicant shall have the ability to develop, update and continually maintain a project schedule. Additional skills include the knowledge and experience to analyze schedules using the critical path method and identify risk within a schedule. Primary responsibilities will be to perform schedule analysis, identify risk, earned value analysis, provide oversight, write technical reports, prepare briefings for the customer and prepare management reports.
