Contract/Freelance Project Description
Responsibilities:
Oracle Financial Functional Analyst will independently Lead Oracle Receivables module. Analyze requirements with Centre for Medicaid and Medicare Services, configure Oracle Receivables modules, and design Oracle HIGLAS extensions and reports. Independently conduct Conference Room Pilot and be responsible for FIT gap analysis. Prepare design alternatives and design specification documents. Drive all meetings with the customer and manage the analysis through design phases related to Oracle Sub-ledgers. Track and report activities/status. Knowledge about Federal requirements around IPAC an added advantage. Provide Management Reporting for progress and status for all Business related Work Products / Deliverables.
Develop or leverage the existing management processes and procedures and Work with all stakeholders to facilitate project integration
Skills/Requirements:
- Advanced Oracle Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payables experience (8 years or more)
- Strong understanding of Oracle Financial Accounting (5 years or more)
- Advanced understanding of Oracle General Ledger (8 years or more)
- Strong customer support skills including writing and communication (5 years or more)
- Advanced skills in support Oracle applications in a production environment (8 years or more)
- Must be able to work onsite.
- Must be able to work overtime, including evenings and weekends.
Infrastructure Needs:
Laptop/Desktop/Headset: IBM regular employees, subcontractors and vendors must supply their own computer equipment, locking device, headset and other accessories. IBM Lotus Notes application will be installed on subcontractors and vendors computer equipment. This application is the official communication vehicle used to disseminate program information. Only candidates who are willing to have this application installed will be considered for this position.
Laptop Configuration:
- Processor=700MHZ or higher
- Memory=256M or higher
- OS Windows 2000 or XP Professional
- Latest Microsoft service pack and security patches (IBM employees only require service pack 1 on XP)
- Virus software with latest definition installed
- Personal Firewall (XP firewall should work if configured properly)
- Microsoft Office 2000 or XP, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project and MS Visio
- Screen lock after 30 minutes
- Computer lock
- Other requirements as determined by team
- Active LEAP account
- All resources must have MS Project installed on their laptop prior to start date.
