Position Description
IMAGINE ONE TECHNOLOGY & MANAGEMENT, LTD., is a certified HUBZone, 8(a) and Woman-owned Business headquartered in Colonial Beach, VA with additional offices in Shirlington, VA; Lexington Park,MD; and,Charleston, SC and other employees deployed worldwide. IMAGINE ONE provides mission-critical program management, systems engineering, training, information technology, and logistics services.
IMAGINE ONE has immediate openings for a Department Head Trainer to support the Center for Surface Combat Systems (CSCS),Aegis Training and Readiness Center (ATRC).
Position will be in Dahlgren, VA and will require interfacing with IMAGINE ONE's prime contractor and the Government for task direction; developing and providing complex training programs and preparing training material to support the AEGIS Weapons System (AWS) course of instruction to include operational understanding of various training programs.
We are seeking an experienced instructor who possesses excellent instructional techniques and comprehensive knowledge of training management, administration and curriculum development to train junior officers with the following requirements:

• Master Training Specialist certification (NEC 9502) CERTIFICATION MANDATORY
• Electronics Technician (ET) with experience in any or all of the following: C-SPARROW; SHIP SELF-DEFENSE SYSTEM (SSDS); Counter Rocket, Artillery, and Mortar (C-RAM or Counter-Ram); C4I, Link, Air/Surface Warfare, Communications, radar/navigation
• Rate: Minimum E/8
This position requires a U.S. government clearance and/or candidate must be eligible to obtain a clearance. U.S. citizenship required. Salary is commensurate with experience.
