Washington DC- based technical training program seeks qualified skilled trades instructors for full-time and/or part-time, day and/or evening positions in:
The successful candidate will possess: license or certification in trade area; Masters License preferred; 5 or more years experience in the trade; high school diploma; 2 or 4 year degree preferred; clearance to teach in public school system or ability to earn same; teacher certification in public school system or ability to earn samw; classroom teaching experience preferred but not required; commitment to student achievement and quality of teaching and learning; excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to leverage and apply available technologies, including computers and hands-on learning equipment.
