Job Description
A local Baltimore company is in search of an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative for their full-time day shift. Successful candidates will have creative problem solving skills, excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and work independently and in teams. The individual in this position is responsible to provide, in English and/or Spanish all incoming callers with quality customer service by resolving any questions/problems or concerns within their knowledge and/or limitations.
Hours: 8-6pm
Duties include:
-answering incoming telephone calls, e-mails and faxes
-explaining service information and answering questions related to services
-prioritizing and organizing daily follow-ups to ensure timely action
-evaluating customer concerns and resolving problems
-serving as a liaison between customers and other departments in the company
-setting up and maintaining files
-providing management with reports as needed
Job Requirements:
Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Previous work in customer service. Excellent oral/written communication, problem-solving, analytical and troubleshooting skills are essential.
