Summary/Objective

Jetseal's Network Administrator will lead, implement, and manage all technology updates and projects. This role provides independent recommendations to leadership for all IT projects and growth, coordinating with HEICO corporate IT support if applicable. This role may grow to supervise additional IT personnel.

Job duties:

  • Provide independent recommendations to improve IT systems and implement them, coordinating with local leadership and corporate IT where necessary.
  • Manage, maintain, configure, design, improve, and oversee the overall organization network and hardware systems. Including network design, hardware management/inventory, and capacity planning.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking.
  • Install and configure hardware components, including servers, computers, and networking equipment.
  • Deploy and configure essential software applications, including security protocols and physical camera management in alignment with project specifications.
  • Conduct comprehensive testing of systems and applications to verify adherence to project requirements and adherence to Corporate policy and audit schedules.
  • Work closely with project managers to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation outlining project-related processes, configurations, and procedures.
  • Provide user training on newly implemented technologies or systems.
  • Participate in post-project reviews to glean insights, identify lessons learned, and pinpoint areas for improvement.
  • Monitor the system daily and respond immediately to security or usability concerns.
  • Create and verify backups of data.
  • Respond to and resolve help desk requests.
  • Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution.
  • Administrate infrastructure, including firewalls, malware protection software and other processes.
  • Review systems & application logs.
  • Install and test computer-related equipment.
  • Configure and maintain the company VoIP phone system.


Wage Range:

$33.65-$43.27/hourly

  • M365 and Azure:
    • Azure Active Directory
    • M365 Exchange
    • Intune, SharePoint, Teams
  • On-premises web hosting

Required Skills:

  • 4 years of network administration experience, Associate or higher degree; Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or higher Cisco network certification.
  • Training and certifications in I.T. and cybersecurity (A+, Network+, Security+, etc.)
  • Setup and configuration of Virtual Machines (Hyper-V and/or VMWare.)
  • CMMC / NDAA compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated skills focusing on TCP/IP, Microsoft Active Directory, Windows 2008, 2016 & 2019 Server, Microsoft SQL Server 2017 & 2019, Windows 7, 10 and Windows 11.
  • Performs or provides technical guidance in the installation and configuration of network equipment and in resolving user or systems problems; and assists in and may perform router installation, router software upgrade, and connections of sites to internal and external connections.

Preferred Experience:

  • Basic understanding of manufacturing process.
  • SSRS reports - SQL Server Reporting experience.
  • Prior Experience with Epicor ERP Systems and Serves a plus.


Physical demands

  • Sit or stand for long periods of time.
  • Use of a ladder/scissor lift
  • Occasional exposure to outside environment
  • Keyboard up to 10 hours/day.

Supervisory responsibilities

  • This position will directly supervise any future positions within the I.T. department

Work authorization/security clearance requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the US1
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screening
  • Must meet pre-employment background screening requirements including those required under US Export Control Regulations (ITAR)2
