Pay Grade/Pay Range: Minimum: $56,600 - Midpoint: $73,600 (Salaried E9)

Department/Organization: 506102 - HRIS/Payroll

Normal Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm

Note to Applicants: Position is eligible for hybrid work subject to University policy.

Job Summary: The HRIS Analyst acts as a liaison between functional and technical staff in support of HR information systems. Extract datasets through programs and processing queries. Interprets results using data and statistical analysis. Develops reports and executive-level presentations.

Required Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of experience in human resources, data analytics, or business systems analysis; OR master's degree and some experience in human resources, data analytics, or business systems analysis.

Skills and Knowledge: Advanced MS Excel skills, proficient in MS Office. Working knowledge of relational database systems.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Human Resources and/or Payroll environment. Experience with Ellucian Banner, Crystal Reports, and SQL.
