Job Description
We are currently seeking a bilingual Operations Admin Officer I fluent in both English and Korean to join our team. The Operations Admin Officer I will assist in handling daily operations workflow and branch support to maintain system integrity, compliance requirements, and client satisfaction. Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers while providing exemplary customer service. Daily client calls supporting, returns, non-post items, chargebacks, check fraud review and other duties. Answer calls timely and reinforce superior client service through his/her own example along with appropriate follow through with involved clients and employees. Maintain current on compliance requirements and assist in training branch staff. Assists all branch offices in resolving operational and system inquiries and providing support.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in bank operations required.
  • General knowledge of operations regulations, banking laws, and accounting practices.
  • Good written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively and project a professional image when giving and taking information in writing, in person, and over the phone.
  • Fluent in English and Korean (both written and verbal).
