Position Summary | This position is responsible for providing facilities-related support for UGA and non-UGA educational activities and events (academic, continuing education, community and corporate). The position is responsible for upkeep, cleanliness, and facility preparedness for academic and non-academic classes and events on the Gwinnett Campus. This position works a schedule of Monday, Wedesday, Thursday: 7:00AM-4:00PM, Friday 10AM-7PM, and Saturday 7:30AM-4:30PM. Tuesdays and Sundays off. Flexible hours may include nights if needed. Supports maintenance of UGA space and provides physical set-up and arrangements for event needs. This person also supports safety and security protocols on the Gwinnett Campus. This person is expected to provide first-responder support in the event of facilities-related emergencies. This position provides general classroom support to faculty and staff and works collaboratively with other staff at the Gwinnett Campus. Consistently high levels of customer service skills are essential to this role. This position reports to the Assistant Director of the Gwinnett Campus. |
