Responsibilities
Successfully functions as a Pharmacy Technician as defined by the Iowa Board of Pharmacy Examiners. Assists pharmacists in preparing and distributing medications and maintaining accurate records. All duties are performed under the supervision of a registered pharmacist.
Qualifications
Must be registered with the Iowa Board of Pharmacy and possess a national pharmacy technician certification. Must demonstrate an aptitude and interest in pharmaceutical services. Experience with computer systems is desirable; medical terminology is helpful; previous technician experience is desirable. EOE M/F/V/D
