Job Description
Description: NSI requires a Senior Acquisition and Program Management Analyst to support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA), Director of Acquisitions in Fort Belvoir, VA.  This is a Hybrid on-site/Remote position, requiring 2-3 days a week on-site.  Seeking an individual with acquisition/contracting experience with major DoD acquisitions/programs. Responsible for providing guidance, resolving issues, ensuring compliance of all MDA standards and policies that are applied for the development, documentation, and execution of MDA strategic priorities.  Review acquisition documentation across MDAs portfolio of programs, including acquisition contract and Statements of Work to ensure consistency between planning and execution strategies.

Location: Fort Belvoir, VA

Education: BS or BA degree.

Experience: At least 15 years’ experience directly supporting ACAT I/II program(s) as an acquisition/program analyst overseeing cost, schedule, and performance. Experience preparing milestone decision packages or MDA equivalent. Experience preparing acquisition strategy for an Acquisition Strategy Panel and Acquisition Strategy Board or equivalent. Experience reviewing, processing, and formulating strategy products.

Desired Skills/Experience:
• Experience with the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) acquisition processes.
• Knowledge and experience with DoD contract applications.
• Previous DAWIA Certification Level III in Program Management or equivalent.

Security Clearance: Top Secret Clearance is required. Must be a U.S. citizen.
