Job Summary

Leominster's Plant Controller will handle all accounting and financial activities for the plant. This role falls under Belden's Alpha Wire Brand. This position reports directly to the Sr. Manager, Finance Operations and will work onsite from our Carson, CA facility.

You will make an Impact in the following way:

• Coordinating AP invoices for processing.
• Managing the daily cycle program.
• Preparing and presenting the Weekly Flash Report as well as submitting the weekly plant scorecard.
• Preparing and processing all necessary month end journal entries.
• Handling all accounting and financial activities for the plant, while maintaining a high degree of accuracy in reporting financial information.

What you will bring:

• Education/Experience- 4-year undergraduate degree within accounting field;1-2 years of cost accounting experience preferred
• Knowledge/Skills- Strong decision making and problem-solving capabilities
• Knowledge/Skills- Strong written and oral communication skills in addition to a high level of integrity

Applicants can expect a base compensation range of $81,900 - 122,850 plus benefits and additional incentives based on the level of the role. This is the reasonable estimate that Belden believes it might pay for this job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting. Belden may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicant's experience, qualifications, and geographical location.
