$16.50 - $17.00 per hour

• Assist in the loading and unloading of materials, products, or equipment.
• Specific tasks may include; wrapping, baling, pacakaging, and housekeeping
• Perform basic tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials within the facility.
• Operate hand tools and simple machinery as needed for various tasks.
• Clean and maintain work areas to ensure a safe and organized environment.
• Assist skilled workers in more complex tasks as required.
• Understand and follows written and/ o rverbal instructions regarding customer specifications
• Verifies conformance to specification using a tape measure.
• Understands and follows written and/or verbal direction from Group Leads.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Support the assembly and production process by performing manual labor tasks.
• Dispose of waste and recyclable materials in designated containers.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks as directed by supervisors.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Physical strength and stamina to handle the demands of manual labor.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to perform a variety of tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
• Basic understanding of workplace safety practices.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed.
• Flexibility to work in different areas of the facility as required.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory.
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
