The Senior Assistant Director, Slate reports to the Associate Dean of Undergraduate Admissions and is part of a team that maintains the undergraduate instance of the Technolutions Slate system for the Office of Admissions. This role will provide knowledge in support of admissions initiatives including event management, building queries, communication support, management of admission applications, document management, data uploads into Slate, and data integrations with the Student Information System and other campus systems. The Senior Assistant Director, Slate will support business processes that allow staff to work smarter and more efficiently in support of critically important department and university goals. This position will document Slate functionality and business processes for use by the Office of Undergraduate Admissions and some college partners across campus. This individual will keep the Undergraduate Admissions office current on known issues in Slate platform relevant to enrollment discussions. Additionally, they will coordinate with the Slate team to apply their knowledge and creativity in creating and building solutions as part of a team. The Senior Assistant Director, Slate builds solutions by collaborating on new functionality, providing timelines, developing processes in Slate as needed, as well as testing, documenting, and implementing a training plan. Minimum Qualifications: | Qualified candidates will hold a Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area of specialization plus 5 years of relevant professional experience, or, a Master's degree or higher in a relevant area of study plus 3 years of relevant professional experience. Degree must be conferred by the start date of the position. Degree requirements may be substituted with an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. |
