Job Description

The Senior Document Review Manager, within the Cyber Incident Response area of Managed Review Services, will be responsible for both managing projects as well as developing the deliverables for our clients. In this key role, you will oversee teams of reviewers and ensure the quality of those teams' work product. Additionally, you will be responsible for generating and final signoff on the client deliverable that will be provided to both counsel and the client upon completion of the projects. Senior Document Review Managers interface directly with clients and represent KLDiscovery in the most professional manner possible. For this position, you must be a licensed attorney, who is both active and in good standing with a US State bar.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise, train, and mentor other Document Review Managers
  • Assist our recruiters in selecting appropriate candidates for projects
  • Coordinate project communication between clients and KLDiscovery
  • Develop client deliverables, from raw files to a finished, normalized and deduped, work product
  • Train teams of reviewers on the specifics of Cyber practice depending on clients' needs
  • Monitor teams' progress, provide client-facing reporting, and ensure quality work product from start to finish
  • Ensure coordination and logistic considerations for each project
  • Validate payroll and time logging at regular intervals
  • Manage the overall team logistics

Qualifications

  • Licensed attorney (active in good standing within at least one US jurisdiction)
  • 3+ years of experience working on Cyber projects with experience creating client deliverables
  • 5+ years of experience managing document review projects
  • 7+ years of experience with document review as an attorney in any capacity
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel.
  • Knowledge of PowerShell, Power Queries, and/or other script applications as highlighted on your resume.
  • Relativity experience and knowledge required
  • Detailed oriented, resourceful, and driven
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Self-starter who is action oriented and possesses a strong sense of urgency
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills and able to work well with a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products especially Excel
