from hardware control to GUI development.

Requires a P.hD. degree in Computer Science (CS) or Electrical Engineering (EE), with a minimum of 3+ years of relevant work experience.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate proficiency in the following areas:
- Experienced in Device Characterisation, Model Extraction and Verification for III-V semiconductor technologies incl. GaN HEMTs
- Must be a proficient programmer with experience in architecting and implementing high quality, complex software (C++ & Python are required)
- Knowledge of design patterns and OOP are required
- In-depth knowledge in deep learning (DL) and statistical machine learning (ML)
- Experience in Agile software development process
- Good communication skills, can work well with a global R&D team based in the US and Asia
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines, and independently explore new, innovative ideas to improve Keysight products and business operations.

The level of role will be based on applicable experience, education and skills; Most offers will be between the minimum and the midpoint of the Salary Range listed below.
California pay range: MIN $115,000 - Max $181,950
Note: For other locations, pay ranges will vary by region
