Position: IT Helpdesk Support - Temp

Location: Carson, CA (on-site)

Work hour: 9:00am - 6:00pm (M-F)

Classification: Non-Exempt, Full-Time, Temp


Overview: An international logistics company in Carson, CA, is seeking an IT Helpdesk Support for a 3-month duration. The role involves providing in-house support for IT devices and systems. The qualified candidate has at least one year of Helpdesk experience, a basic knowledge of IT network and security, and a bachelor's degree.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Support IT systems and devices across the organization, including computers, smartphones, printers, and the freight system.
Provide direct support to users, assisting with hardware and software setup, and addressing technical questions.
Respond to incidents via tickets, phone calls, and emails, conducting initial diagnoses.
Escalate complex issues to the manager and external IT vendors.
Set up and modify employee profiles for office ID cards and necessary applications.
Perform other duties as requested by management.

Qualifications:
One year of Help Desk Support experience required.
Bachelor's degree required.
Intermediate Excel Skills, such as VLOOKUP and HLOOKUP.
Ability to diagnose and resolve basic computer and system issues in a timely manner.

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Actual base compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, actual experience, and job performance.
