Position Description
Provides project management including adherence to budget, schedule and scope. Plans, schedules or coordinates projects activities to meet deadlines. Monitors project compliance. Coordinates the overall integration of the project. Supervises and directs project personnel; assigns duties and responsibilities.

Major/Essential Functions
The Project Manager for the Access to Breast Health for Texans project in Abilene, TX, is responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of the Bexa cancer screening program within 24 counties. This role involves meticulous project management to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope, as well as coordination of activities to meet deadlines. The Project Manager collaborates closely with the Senior Director for Community Outreach to strategize and plan effectively. Key responsibilities include establishing relationships with communities, selecting screening locations, creating project timelines, and educating women about breast health and preventive exams. The Project Manager coordinates all aspects of screening days, including logistics, materials, and communication with local partners and the Bexa team. They also maintain accurate records, provide regular updates on project outreach, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree plus three years related experience; OR a combination of education and/or related experience to equal seven years.
