Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, human resources, or related field plus two (2) years of experience working in an administrative role OR High School diploma/GED plus six (6) years of experience working in an administrative role
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills demonstrating high levels of emotional intelligence
Must be detail oriented
Must have excellent writing, editing, and spelling skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Workday

Responsibilities:
Maintains calendars, schedules appointments, coordinates meetings and special events, answers phones and responds to inquiries, processes mail, and coordinates travel arrangements.
Performs general office management functions, including ordering supplies, maintaining inventories of assets, requesting services and equipment maintenance and repairs, and completing purchasing requisitions.
Acts as central liaison and initial point of contact for executive meetings with internal and/or external stakeholders.
Assists in the planning of departmental events and ensures conference rooms are setup appropriately prior to event.
Prepares and distributes presentations, publications, and reports.
Performs other duties as assigned.
