Joining Collibra's Marketing Operations team

Collibra seeks a Senior Marketing Operations Analyst to join the growing Marketing Operations team. As a key partner to the marketing organization, you'll be focused on not only campaign execution, but designing processes that help streamline the entire campaign production process. This role reports to the Senior Manager of Marketing Operations. To be successful, you will embody the Collibra core values of 'Embrace and Drive Change' and being 'Open, Direct and Kind'.

Senior Marketing Operations Analysts at Collibra are responsible for
  • Managing Collibra's Marketo instance including integration between Marketo and sfdc, execution-level coverage and advanced troubleshooting for marketing activities, and serving as the primary point of contact for additional integrations
  • Partnering with Digital/Web team on global form usage and lead data capture
  • Owning Leandata routing map and configuration to ensure timely and accurate lead distribution
  • Supporting the BDR team by troubleshooting lead routing issues and running weekly BDR calls to provide feedback on lead quality and effectiveness, optimizing lead scoring programs based on feedback and supporting data.
  • Overseeing data management processes, including data privacy, database health, hygiene, enrichment, and overall data quality.
You have
  • 2+ years of years of experience in a marketing operations or sales operations role with expertise in leading complex, cross-functional projects
  • Experience using and integrating marketing automation tools to create business operations, data flows, and support overall efficiency in our organization
  • Experience in scalable process design with a passion for continuous improvement
  • Experience working with continuous optimization for B2B lead scoring models in Marketo and salesforce.com
  • Experience managing and improving lead routing mechanics for a multi-national or global organization with additional complexity around territories, lines of business and market segments
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent related working experience is required

  • A strong communicator, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate in easy to understand terms
  • Highly collaborative, able to work with campaign managers and sales to identify, troubleshoot and remediate any marketing automation issues
  • A continuous learner, willing to look back over old processes and find ways for optimization
Measures of success
  • Within your first month, you will be up-to-speed on the foundation of our Marketo and Salesforce instances, including a full understanding of the pipeline process, lead scoring model, and lead routing mechanics
  • Within your third month, you will be authoring and implementing new standards for data management, including data cleansing, transforming and delivery between our integrated solutions
  • Within your sixth month, you will be accountable for the execution of continuous improvement in our Marketo instance and steadily contributing to advanced use case work in marketing automation and other martech applications
Compensation for This Role

The standard base salary range for this position is $88,000 - $110,000 per year. This position is eligible for additional commission-based compensation. Salary offers are based on a combination of factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, and location.
