Overview

To provide payroll and tax services to its customers.

Responsibilities
    Responsible & fully accountable for the payroll & audit function of multiple clients.
  • Serves as the client's primary point of contact for any questions regarding their account. Build relationships with clients to establish trust and retention.
  • Responsible for scheduling and running the assigned client payrolls by following standard operating procedures.
  • Processes payroll accurately and in accordance with Media's guidelines.
  • Accurately enters and maintains client-related and client employee-related information in the payroll system, including, but not limited to: personnel changes, wage adjustments, garnishments, child support and liens, tax withholding changes, direct deposit, , special withholdings, leave of absence/termination forms, and all other required forms necessary for payroll processing.
  • Maintains complete and accurate client profile notes and processing instructions for each client.
  • Performs quarterly & year-end audits of client payroll data and tax forms.
  • Identifies client resolution with the help of internal staff if any client issues arise.
  • Provides feedback and suggestions on products, issues, processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and continuous improvement.
Qualifications

Previous payroll experience is not required, but preferred
