We are seeking aPayroll Coordinator, International to join our team. This is a hybrid opportunity out of our Waltham, MA office.

Job Summary

The Payroll Coordinator is an important role in Imprivata's Human Resources Department. This role requires accuracy, timeliness with a focus on meeting deadlines. This role has a great deal of interaction with a diverse group of internal clients at all levels of the organization. This position is responsible for all elements of the international payroll processing, including taxes, benefit deductions, and year-end processes. It is key to be able to take initiative and ask questions when needed as well as a high degree of confidentiality and discretion is required.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Process international payroll's using ADP Celergo.
  • Validation, processing, and submission of payroll data.
  • Responsible for any necessary tasks, reporting, and/or processes related to quarter-end and year-end
  • Resolves complex payroll processing and employee issues.
  • Ensure records and processes comply with company and legal regulations.
  • Standard and ad hoc reporting as needed.
  • Assist with providing payroll-related information and audit requests.
  • Special projects as assigned.

General HR Responsibilities

  • Participates in presenting payroll information during employee new hire orientation.
  • Participates in developing department goals, objectives and systems.
  • Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
  • Other duties as assigned and required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance or related discipline or equivalent experience in a professional environment.
  • 2+ years of experience of international payroll preparation.
  • Proficient with ADP Celergo preferred.
  • Proficient with ADP Workforce Now required.
  • Strong knowledge of international payroll tax laws
  • Proficient with MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to prioritize, be detail oriented, and have good organization skills.
  • Keen focus on accuracy, timeliness, responsiveness and have a customer service approach.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality.

This position offers a salary range of $30.29/hr to $40.38/hr (inclusive of variable compensation such as bonuses and incentives). In addition, more information about Imprivata's benefit offerings can be found here. This salary range represents the high and low end of Imprivata's salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, such as a candidate's location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
