Title: Recovery Coach (Entry-Level Mental Health Worker)

Job Duties: The Recovery Coach (Entry-Level Mental Health Worker) is responsible for monitoring and communicating with clients, providing rehabilitation groups under supervision, and assisting in crisis intervention. This is a critical part of the team to ensure proper care for our clients. Many go on to be promoted to Service Coordinator roles.

Schedule:

  1. Full-Time - NOC

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a high school diploma/GED.
  • Driving duties may be assigned, including the transportation of clients. Candidates must have a valid CA Drivers License and successfully pass a DMV driving history check.

About the Campus: Crestwood's Fresno Bridge Program is a licensed adult residential facility and a California Department of Health Care Services-certified social rehabilitation program. Clients of the Bridge Program are preparing themselves to transition back into their communities and to independent living. In partnership with staff, they develop and implement an individualized recovery-based plan that focuses on wellness in personal and community living.

The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.
Pay Range:
$17-$19 USD
