Your Opportunity:

Techsource is hiring a full-time executive administrative professional to provide support to the Department of Energy (DOE)/National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) Office of Defense Programs (NA-10). You will provide business management support to a Presidentially appointed Deputy Administrator and the senior executive staff. You will manage daily operations in a dynamic and highly engaging team setting, provide administrative and logistical support, and participate in various weekly and biweekly meetings.

You will work onsite daily at the DOE Headquarters Forrestal Building, located in Washington, DC, initially. After training, employees may anticipate working a hybrid schedule, up to 2 days telework per week, as the workload allows and customer approval.

What You Will Do:

  • Provide business management support to the Deputy Administrator and senior executive staff.
  • Manage executive schedules in a dynamic environment, including multiple sequential meetings in classified and unclassified settings.
  • Arrange classified and unclassified conferences, meetings, and teleconferences.
  • Manage logistics for executive travel to the White House, Pentagon, Congress, and other locations in the National Capital Region.
  • Assist staff with corporate business systems, such as the Federal Travel Management System, Concur travel, Learning Nucleus, eDocs, WADCS, and SharePoint.
  • Work in a team and network of professionals to ensure cohesion and alignment throughout the larger organization.
  • Consolidate weekly reports.
  • Coordinate correspondence and action items, including preparing, editing, and uploading documents.
  • Manage visit access procedures and requirements, including greeting high-level visitors.
  • Participate in various regularly scheduled meetings by preparing senior leadership, providing status and recommendations, tracking actions, and facilitating interactions.
  • Communicate and interact with diverse teams of people across a large national security organization.

What You Will Need:

  • Active DOE Q or DoD Top Secret security clearance.
  • 5 or more years of professional experience in a similar role, demonstrated clearly on your resume.
  • Proven record working in a team with personnel at various levels of seniority.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Keen organizational, detail-orientation, and administrative skills.
