In this role, you will provide technical support for Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS) and processes and support Human Resources (HR) other departments to identify project parameters and output requirements. You will support peers and managers throughout inception, implementation, and maintenance of Center of Excellence (COE) people practices and / or system requests across the organization. You will maintain field set up in Workday, review employee and manager self-service processes, and maintain organization structures.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute COE people practices (e.g., research, presentation development); prioritize tasks to achieve project milestones and deliver intended objectives.
  • Identify potential communication channels, systems, and resources required for implementation.
  • Recommend initial and ongoing objectives to measure success and leverage data to identify areas of improvement.
  • Design effective people practices within area of expertise to include keeping current and adhering to legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform mass data updates utilizing Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB).
  • Interact with vendors by conducting vendor reviews, exchanging data and communicating needs.
  • Assist with the development of Request for Information (RFI) templates and support senior leaders with the Request for Proposal (RFP) process.
  • Provide recommendations for people practice objectives and support their execution; generate reports identifying issues with objectives achievement and shares analysis with appropriate parties.
  • Partner with HRMS team members to gather business requirements for HR automation (e.g., benefits, employee data, payroll, etc.) and devise procedures to solve through the use of HRMS systems.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree preferred.
  • 2 or more years experience with Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) required.
  • Knowledge of custom fields,calculated fields, and business processes required.
  • Advanced computer proficiency with associated programs such as word processing, email, spreadsheet, and project management.
  • Ability to respond to changing demands, priorities, procedures, and technology.
  • Integrations and/or payroll knowledge desired.

Estimated Hiring Range:

$77,400.00 - $115,050.00
