Annual Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 DOE

The Sr. Compensation Analyst provides compensation consulting to clients across the GMR footprint. This role includes responsibilities for analyzing, designing, and administering employer compensation programs, including base pay, focusing primarily on supporting our Operations organization. This is an excellent opportunity to engage in a wide breadth of compensation programs in a mission driven organization.

Summary / Responsibilities:

  • Provides client consultation on compensations decisions for the company. This includes supporting a wide geographic area with diverse positions in the heathcare industry.
  • Benchmarks positions, recommends pay levels, keeps abreast of pay trends for specific talent groups.
  • Maintains job description database, provides best practice input for development of job descriptions
  • Maintains salary structures with an ability to develop career paths which promote employee talent movement and development while maintaining internal equity
  • Recommends process improvements for and effectively administers compensation programs including annual merit process, company-wide incentive compensation programs, and other incentive and pay related programs.
  • Communicates with stakeholders, ensuring excellent client management with a diversity of leaders across the organization.


Qualifications:
Experience:

  • Experience with employees in a nationwide geographic footprint, prefer experience in California
  • 5+ years in compensation and/or analytics.
  • Experience leading or co-leading company wide initiatives
  • Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Highly proficient in Excel, prefer experience in Access
  • Highly proficient in data management
  • Develop and foster a just culture and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Ability to multi-task efficiently, works in a fast paced environment on multiple projects, and has strong attention to detail.
  • Collaborates well with corporate and operations leadership.
