Business Process Reengineering Specialist III

LOCATION:
Remote

LinTech Global is looking for a candidate to join our team as a Business Process Reengineering Specialist to provide support to the IRSCI client. The Business Process Reengineering Specialist is responsible for gathering requirements and documenting issues. They will be tasked to deliver ideas and recommendations as well as to achieve buy-in for fundamental redesign of core business processes to achieve dramatic improvements in productivity, cycle times, and quality.

RESPONSIBILITIES and SKILLS:
  • Assist in applying common best practices for the industry to the customer using a knowledge base to create conceptual business models and to identify relevant issues and considerations in selecting application software packages.
  • Assess the operational and functional baseline of an organization and its organizational components and help to define the direction and strategy for an engagement while ensuring the organizational needs are being addressed.
  • Identify information technology inadequacies and/or deficiencies that affect the functional area's ability to support/meet organizational goals.
  • Generate functional area strategies for enhanced IT operations in a cross-functional area mode throughout the organization.
  • Participate in account strategy sessions, strategic assessments, and design reviews to validate enterprise approach and associated work products, such as ERP implementations coordinating the resolution of highly complex problems and tasks.
  • Provide insight and recommendations on new and emerging concepts to CI team members.
  • Eager to contribute to a team-oriented environment.
  • Able to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
  • Experience in CI environment a plus.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • B.A or B.S with at least 10years specialized experience in related field.
  • Experienced in topics such as complex networks, cloud technologies, cross-platform integration and large-scale, complex systems design and implementation.
