Job SummaryServe as a SIGINT (SI) and Electronic Warfare (EW) subject matter expert (SME) instructor to teach, develop, maintain, and update SIGINT training materials and content to meet customer training requirements located in San Diego, California. will instruct on special operations SI/EW procedures to include survey, collection, dissemination, and precision geo-location.Role and Responsibilities
  • Provide instruction and SME experience supporting highly specialized training needs of Special Operations and/or other Government customers.
  • Ability to instruct processes on targeting networks, individuals within networks, precision-geolocation operations, and identifying vulnerabilities for exploitation.
  • Possess strong briefing skills and be capable of effectively instructing SIGINT processes and providing walk though guidance of tools and applications.
  • Proficient in utilizing basic computer applications and established SIGINT related databases to support training and product development.
  • Document processes and provide continual process improvement.
  • Comply with company standard operating policies and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications and Education
  • Special Operators or specialized Federal Law Enforcement ESU veterans must have related experience supporting SMU or elite service organizations.
  • Minimum four years SOF SIGINT experience or minimum two years providing instruction to SOF SIGINT personnel.
  • Technical geo-location
  • Digital forensics
  • Wireless surveillance and countermeasures
  • SIGINT threat assessments
  • Understanding of multiple types of commercial communication systems and infrastructure.
  • SIGINT/EW vehicle mounted and dismounted operations.
  • Tactical SIGINT/EW operations
  • EW Equipment
  • Electronic and physical signature reduction
  • Digital Land Mobile Radio (various architectures)
  • Close-Access Tactical SIGINT
  • SIGINT-focused Tactical Special Reconnaissance

Preferred Qualifications and Education
  • Former SOF-Operator.
  • American Red Cross CPR/AED
  • Teaching experience
  • Master Training Specialist
  • Maritime analytical experience preferably supporting SOF missions

Work authorization/security clearance requirements
  • Possess in-scope TS/SCI Security Clearance Eligibility
  • Must be a US Citizen

Physical Demands/Work Environment
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Support exercise requirements outside of normal working hours
