Responsibilities

Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, clients, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

    Identify, develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for all areas of the contract and document using the organizations's Process, Quality and Management (PQM) document templates.
  • Ensure all SOPs align with the organization's ITIL v4, ITSM, and agile framework
  • Create an SOP Management Plan that defines the stakeholders, standards, templates, review process, approvals, and review intervals for all SOPs.
  • Track adherence to SOPs by personnel and track/evaluate effectiveness
  • Ensure appropriate team members are trained and understand the various SOPs relevant to their roles.

Qualifications

Basic Qualification:

  • U.S. Citizen
  • An active SECRET or the ability to obtain a SECRET Clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree with 10 years, master's degree with 8 years; four (4) years of experience can be substituted in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
  • Experience creating and documenting IT processes.
  • Experience working within the ITIL / ITSM framework

Ability to communicate with individuals at many different levels from within and from outside of the organization.

Target Salary Range
$51,000 - $82,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
