We are currently looking for a Quality Assistant to join our growing team!

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Executes the daily functions of QA as directed by the QA Supervisor/Manager
  • Prepares, track and review all QA documentation required to maintain the Quality Management System.
  • Assists in reviewing test reports and finalizing COA prior to releasing to customer.
  • Support the team and works directly with lab personnel to ensure proper documentation & labeling are enforced routinely in the laboratories.
  • Supports routine audit of laboratory to ensure compliance to GLP's, ISO, & GMP requirements limited to testing.
  • Supports to coordinate & maintain the archival process of documents and records.
  • Manages method verification/validation numbering process.
  • Supports QA Supervisor to manage SOPs/Methods

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in a science related field is highly preferred.
  • Must have basic understanding of GMP and GLP
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to adapt to changes to improve company processes.
