CA - San Diego, 450 B StWhat you'll do:
Provide support to the Operations/Treasury Manager by servicing Settlement Services banking clients to ensure issues are resolved and customer is ultimately satisfied with the end result relating to operational activities, treasury management products and financial services; opening, maintaining and closing of all account types; performing clerical duties while maintaining good customer relations.What we are looking for:
Provides daily guidance to the department in the areas ofdeposits and account servicing including Treasury Management products/services
Works directly with customers on issues and resolves issues pertaining to their accounts
Provides excellent customer service and represents the bank in a professional and responsible manner
Adheres to compliance, security, state and Federal regulations, bank policies, procedures and goals
May accompany Officers on customer calls and interviews to obtain an understanding of the business relationship as a means to provide assistance to the Officer in developing strategies to meet the needs of the customer
Provides research on loan and deposit accounts as needed
Assists with account analysis, service charge waivers and wire transfer/ACH renewals.
Possess excellent problem solving, functional, communication, and technical skills, along with drive for successful client resolution
Ability to work with minimal supervision while performing duties
Qualifications:
Requires a High School diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of experience in banking,deposits, account servicing, treasury management or other directly related experience. 5 years or more experience is preferred; college degree preferred
Proficient knowledge of branch operations,deposits, new accounts, banking principles and policies
Experience in loan processing/servicing in Treasury Management, preferred
Working knowledge of various word processing and spreadsheet software
Must have excellent customer service and communications skills
Ability to work with relationship managers, loan officers, regional managerand clients as needed
