Take a look at this opportunity with our Learning and Development team, which is seeking a passionate individual, to fill the role of our Learning Programs Specialist.

The Learning Programs Specialist is responsible for the support and administration of the organizational development programs for Prolacta Bioscience. Reporting to the Director, Organizational Development, this position assists with supporting programs and processes aimed at identifying and developing talent at all levels in the organizations and the administration of the systems that support these programs.

  • Administration of Cornerstone's Learn and Performance modules. Manage systems to maintain curriculum, reporting, and processes within the Cornerstone platform. Maintain systems governance documentation.
  • Working with the Director, OD provide administrative support of the performance management program.
  • Work with internal learning administrators, to curate content that aligns with employee development initiatives and compliance-based requirements. Has Train-the-Trainer responsibilities to onboard and train new learning administrators.
  • Monitor and effectively report on employee participation and completion of required and/or assigned training.
  • Coordinate the program and project management efforts for OD/HR initiatives, including but not limited to, live and virtual learning events, performance review cycle and employee engagement survey. Support activities critical to building the company's Learning strategy and programs.
  • Track training activities for ETP training offset funding and follow established processes to report data to the State.
  • Establish and maintain ongoing relationships with functional leaders and key stakeholders.
  • Work with managers and stakeholders to understand the needs of their individual areas.
  • Follow and maintain appropriate processes and documentation for governance of organizational development programs and systems.
  • Facilitate New Employee Orientation (NEO) and partner with the Human Resources team to onboard new employees.
  • Support HR on projects that support the learning needs of their stakeholders and other organization-focused projects. Other duties as assigned.

What you bring to the role

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Human Resources, Learning and Development, Organizational Psychology, preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a related field, preferred.
  • Minimal experience with backend software administration including system configuration, adding and removing users, running reports and working with IT to troubleshoot issues, highly desired.
  • Primary administrator of applicable systems, with focus on Cornerstone Learn and Perform.
  • Coordinate and provide administrative support for live and virtual learning programs.
  • Is an effective communicator with strong written and verbal skills, along with some facilitation skills.
  • Some experience in facilitating small groups, either live or virtual with an interest in developing as a classroom facilitator/trainer.
  • Strong organization and plannings skills.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects/deadlines.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8-5

Travel: Minimal

FLSA: Non-Exempt

Pay: $30-32 per hour
