Overview

R&P is looking for a detail oriended data professional who wants to join our team. We are a small-sized defense contractor providing Engineering, Logistics, Program Management and Technical Services to government clients. We need a Data Analyst ready to join a fast-paced and exciting work environment.

Responsibilities
    You will be responsible for performing multi-faceted assignments requiring the gathering, analysis, visual display and sharing of data and briefing materials among numerous stakeholders and projects.
  • Develop and lead deep-dive data analysis and define/track metrics to support executive decision making process.
  • Produce accurate and useful information through aggregation and analysis of large amounts of spreadsheet data which can be used in charts and briefings.
  • Employ statistical analysis and data visualization tools to effectively extract insights and communicate findings.
  • Create detailed program integrated master schedules, track performance to plan, and make recommendations for maintaining schedule.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in data analytics, incorporating new methodologies and technologies as appropriate.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Engineering, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or related field.
    • In some cases, educational requirements may be adjusted or waived for more than 8 years applicable work experience.
  • 5 years directly relevant work experience is required and 1-3 years of experience in program management, financial management, dashboard/metrics development, or data analysis preferred.
  • Strong Microsoft Office suite skills to include Excel (macros, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.), PowerPoint, and MS Project, Power BI.
  • Experience in Navy Acquisition Program Management is preferred.
  • An Active DoD Govt Issued Secret Clearance and US citizenship.

Salary
