Description

The SNAP Project Coordinator Position will be responsible for providing support to various teams within the SNAP Store Visit Project. The key areas of support will focus on managing store visit assignments, bolstering recruitment, and controlling the reports for quality control review. The SNAP Project Coordinator will need to harness a balance between all 3 focus areas to ensure the project continues to perform smoothly. The Coordinator will provide high-level management oversight and dive into administrative areas as needed to prioritize and resolve project-related tasks promptly. The Coordinator will help identify areas for improvement and generate effective solutions for review and implementation.
Job Duties
  • Create and assign store visits to field personnel.
  • Manage field assignments and perform proactive steps to prevent late delivery to clients.
  • Guide field personnel regarding unsuccessful visits and next steps.
  • Review and approve field personnel timesheets, invoices, reimbursements, and expense reports.
  • Coordinate with Quality Control regarding outstanding field data requests.
  • Identify areas of need and perform field personnel recruitment including updating job ads.
  • Perform field applicant phone screens, and interviews, and manage onboarding.
  • Host orientation and training meetings with field personnel.
  • Collaborate with internal supporting departments regarding field personnel onboarding.
  • Review field personnel performance metrics and provide solutions to improve KPI.
  • Provide training to Quality Control personnel.
  • Monitor, prioritize, and delegate store visit reports for Quality Control review.
  • Intake and process client deficiency reports promptly.
  • Analyze quality deficiency trends and provide supplemental training.
  • Participate in virtual team meetings to discuss project performance.
  • Identifying areas for improvements to include automation and efficiency gains.
  • Drafting monthly reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Experience working with the USDA SNAP Store Visits Program
  • Experience conducting store visits.
  • Excellent time management, organization skills, and communication skills (i.e. phone and writing)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to monitor large volumes of store visit reports.
  • Experience working in Salesforce CRM and running ad hoc reports.
Other Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Must have a dedicated remote office workspace with 2 monitors and a stable internet connection.
  • Must have a home or mobile phone
  • Experience with MS Office Suite
Education
  • High-School Diploma or equivalent of 2-3 years' work experience with working on large field projects involving on-site visits.
