Seeking to hire a full time HR Supervisor to be responsible for the high-level analysis, oversight and day to day activities of staff human resources in multiple departments within the Academic and Staff HR Service Center. In this role you will function independently while working under the broad direction of the Director of Academic and Staff HR Services and leadership. Your priority will be to exercise judgement and creativity to identify and prioritize problems, interpret policies and procedures, recommend and implement solutions and meet operational goals of the departments.

The HR Supervisor serves as a consultant and point of expertise to supervisors and department leadership on human resources issues. You will be responsible for assessing and anticipates HR-related needs and communicate proactively with department leadership and central HR.
Various factors are considered when determining salary including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, and equity. Please note the full salary range for this position is $86,900.00 - $197,900.00 annually.The budgeted salary range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position is between $86,900.00 - $120,000.00 annually.
